The SFTO190JY-7267A-CT is a 1.9-inch IPS TFT LCD module engineered for industrial controls, medical devices, and portable instrumentation. Featuring an ST7789P3 driver and IPS hard-screen technology, it delivers 178° wide viewing angles, 900:1 contrast ratio, and 55% NTSC color gamut – ensuring reliable visibility in extreme environments (-20°C to +70°C).
Supports both SPI (4-wire) and 8-bit 8080 parallel interfaces for seamless integration with ARM Cortex-M/R, Raspberry Pi Pico, and other embedded platforms.
Dedicated constant-current backlight driver pins (LED+/LED-) extend lifespan to 40,000 hours (Page 8).

Validated through -30°C~80°C storage, ±8kV ESD protection, and 60cm drop tests (IEC 60068-2-32 compliant).
Optional chemically strengthened cover glass (≥6H hardness) with ≥85% light transmission (Page 5).
