The display modules are validated under extreme conditions, including high-temperature operation at 70°C for 120 hours, low-temperature operation at -20°C for 120 hours, and thermal shock testing across a -30°C to 80°C range for multiple cycles. Additionally, they undergo vibration testing (10-55Hz, 1.5mm amplitude) and mechanical shock testing (100G for 6ms), ensuring survival in transportation and mobile applications.
The optical performance remains stable across the entire operating temperature range (-20°C to 70°C), with consistent response times (10ms rise, 15ms fall typical) and maintained contrast ratio.
